BE AWARE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED AFTER THE PAYMENT OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE!

If you are booking from outside Nigeria using Paypal, then your booking is already complete and your ticket number (ticked ID) has been sent to your e-mail address upon registering. We will send you a payment confirmation email.

If you are booking from within Nigeria, your booking will not be complete until you have made a bank depoisit of the corresponding registration fee. Your payment will be processed faster if you quote ticket ID as transaction description for the bank deposit.

If you do not receive a payment confirmation email after 3 working days, please contact us.

When booking/registration is completed, participants will then send their abstracts, usually not more than 1000 words. Not all abstracts will be accepted. Full paper will only be sent when abstract is accepted.

The opening ceremony is free for all. Registration/booking is for the training sessions and panel sessions in the evening of the first day and all day on second day. Please feel free to ask if there are other questions.
